The Easter holidays are fast approaching. All classes will run as usual except for Thurs 17th April when there will be no class. Have a great Easter and don't eat too many eggs!
During the holidays, you can use the exercise
videos on YouTube as they are still available. You'll find them under
Kath's Mini Keep Fit. There are over 50 of them. Please feel free to use
them. The videos are also uploaded onto our FaceBook page. Just scroll
down quite a bit and you'll come to them. Find them on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCT3plmDONpz_qzBqxQA_yQA If this link doesn't work please just copy and paste it into your browser.

can get a copy of my Exercise Sheet, which can be used at all times
of the year(even though it was made for the summer holidays)!
Please note the exercise sheet is now in a format
you should all be able to get on your computers. However it is on 8
pages(sorry, got carried away!) - if you're really good
with the printer - 4 pages!
